On September 30, President Biden nominated Dale Ho to serve as a District Judge for the Southern District of New York. However, Ho has close ties to the liberal dark money group, Demand Justice.
In fact, Demand Justice, which is focused on packing the Supreme court, includes Ho on its short list of Supreme Court nominees. They also boast two alums in the White House. Paige Herwig, was was previously Deputy Chief Counsel at Demand Justice, now serves as Biden’s point person on judicial nominations. White House Press Secretary also worked for Demand Justice as a communications consultant.
“With two Demand Justice alums already working in the White House, it should come as no surprise that the liberal dark money group is calling the shots for the Biden administration and handpicking judicial nominees,” Americans for Public Trust Executive Director Caitlin Sutherland told Fox News. “President Biden ran on a platform of restoring American norms and values, yet from day one, the only norm he’s restored is the revolving door of dark money activists in the White House.”
